264. तोलने के लिए खोटे उपकरणों का कपटपूर्वक उपयोग – 

जो कोई तोलने के लिए ऐसे किसी उपकरण का, जिसका खोटा होना वह जानता है, कपटपूर्वक उपयोग करेगा, वह दोनों में से किसी भांति के कारावास से, जिसकी अवधि एक वर्ष तक की हो सकेगी, या जुर्माने से, या दोनों से, दण्डित किया जाएगा।

264. Fraudulent use of false instrument for weighing -

Whoever fraudulently uses any instrument for weighing which he knows to be false, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to one year, or with fine, or with both.
