धारा 70 — अनुप्रमाणक साक्षी द्वारा निष्पादन का प्रत्याख्यान किए जाने पर साबित करना
70. यदि अनुप्रमाणक साक्षी दस्तावेज के निष्पादन का प्रत्याख्यान करे या उसे उसके निष्पादन का स्मरण न हो, तो उसका निष्पादन अन्य साक्ष्य द्वारा साबित किया जा सकेगा।
Section 70 — Proof when Attesting witness denies execution (English)
70. If the attesting witness denies or does not recollect the execution of the document, its execution may be proved by other evidence.
